OpenRDA JavaVNC

OpenRDA is currently working on a new tool for Linux operating system (OS) users. This tool will not be a feature added to the software, rather a tool that will replace VNCViewer. The OpenRDA JavaVNC is a Java applet that will run from your Linux server that will allow you to use your VNC session(s) from the comfort of you favorite internt browser.

OpenRDA boasts that the OpenRDA JavaVNC web interface will meet the demands for network security, and enable it's members more availability to work off-site. This project is a culmination of inovative thought by the OpenRDA R & D Department to help members using the software on a multi-platform network structure. If fact, "As long you have access to the server and an internet browser, this is the solution for you!", states Mike Norris.

The OpenRDA JavaVNC is scheduled to be bundeled with the next major software release, OpenRDA, after the first of the year. Additionally, because of it's added security OpenRDA states that it will load the package for its members who request it, and bundle it on all new server purchases.

The project now sits in integrity testing and minor bug fixing, but many can't wait for this handy tool to be added their arsinal.
